Who is the target retailer for RMH?
The RMH solution primary targets the single store and the Retail SMB market(small group of stores). Packed with features and functionality, RMH address the needs of businesses in many verticals within the retail sector, including convenience, grocery, apparel, sporting goods, wine & spirits, gift & specialty, and more.
Is RMH a Microsoft Product?
It would be great to have features/function comparison document that compares RMS and RMH.
We agree! That's why we are currently developing a comprehensive comparison sheet that shows the similarities and differences between RMS and RMH in both the back office and at the POS. It will also include all the additional functionality in RMH. As soon as the comparison document is finalized, we will send out as a communication update to all re-sellers who have signed up to the distribute RMH.
Is there an ON-SCREEN 10-keypad for "quantity" and "price" edits on POS screen?
Yes, this will be available.
Will RMH include e-commerce?
The RMH development team will be working with a variety of e-commerce partners to ensure that integration to the most commonly used third-party e-commerce solutions is avaliable. Stay tuned for updates regarding this.
Does RMH support Floating Cash drawer?
RMH will support floating cash drawer in the Version 2 release.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Annual commitment subscriptions that are paid month to month may incur some penalties if canceled early. Annual commitment subscriptions that are paid up front do not receive a refund if canceled prior to the full contract period.

What if I already own a domain name?
You can add the domain name you own to Office 365 to create domain-based email addresses.
Can I mix and match different Office 365 plans?
Yes, you can mix and match Office 365 plans. Please note that there are some license limitations at the plan level. The Office 365 Business, Business Essentials, and Business Premium plans each have a limit of 300 users, while the Enterprise plans are for an unlimited number of users. For example, you can purchase 300 Business Premium seats, 300 Business Essentials seats, and 500 Enterprise E3 seats on a single tenant.
